Cannot create sandbox account and REST App

I'm trying to create new sandbox account but I receive error as status always.

So i cant create REST API App

Hello @developer1972 !

We experienced an issue within our developer environment yesterday, which for a short period of time prevented new account creation.

This issue has now been mitigated and account creation is working as normal.

The sandbox account still can't be created! Neither REST API credentials!

Every created sandbox account has status "error" (after a while being "processing...").

So we can't create REST API credential, because we need sandbox account to do that.

How do you expect, we will use your API, when we CAN'T TEST IT OR EVEN CREATE IT?!!

Tested today and over the past few days and every time I create an account, it's created successfully.
