Hi i have this issue when processing paypal express checkout.
I currently using sandbox account. And python sdk.
paypalhttp.http_error.HttpError: {"name":"RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND","details":[{"issue":"INVALID_RESOURCE_ID","description":"Specified resource ID does not exist. This is not solve. I accidentally click the Accept Solution button. And i can't undo it.

Did you manage to find a solution? Maybe use an older version of paypalrestsdk?
I recall the refund worked when I used it 6 months ago. Now it doesn't work. I think you need a 17 length string composed of letters and numbers.
My current paypalrestsdk is 1.13.1. What version are you using?
