How to receive a PayPal.me payment notification via webhooks?

I've created a PayPal.me account and I want to send PayPal.me links to my customers, and get a notification on a webhook when a payment is received.

PayPal supports webhooks, and there are a lot of events that can e notified via webhooks https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/webhooks/event-names/

But I can't find any documentation about how to configure webhooks for PayPal.me and which events are triggered by payments on PayPal.me

Hello,

You will only receive an email notification when you receive a payment and / or an instant payment notification that you've received a payment.
Webhooks are only available for REST API based payments.
