How to go "live" and accept payments: stuck in sandbox!

I followed the instructions to add a payment button to my website, but it is stuck in sandbox. How do I go live, so I can accept actual payments from the public?

Follow the same steps to create the button, but create it from within your live account.

https://www.paypal.com/buttons

Copy the provided button code and add it to your website.
