We have two new subscribers who have their subscriptions not activate within our system. I went in and resent the IPN's and they have both failed, twice. All other subscription payments around this date worked. Our web developer has asked for Developer access to Paypal, which we have granted, but he cannot access the IPN history. How can I grant him that?
