Hi,
I try to use PayPal Pro plugin in Wordpress / Woocommerce. All settings are shown well. I have configured sandbox API. The payment form are visible.
But when I fill the test card and click “Pay”, the transaction didn’t happen. Observations:
1. After click “Pay”, works redirect to checkout page but with some new url parameters: “?utm_nooverride=1”
2. In Woocommerce Order List, appear new order but with status “Pending payment”. The above message: “PayPal Credit Card Payment Failed with message: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions”.
3. The log file, that must be at woocommerce/logs/paypal-pro.txt are not there.

Found the solution. Just need to go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ and click on view / edit account and then click on Upgrade to Pro.
