Enable PayPal Billing Address Request on sandbox account

Looking to collect the billing and shipping addresses on my sandbox account to test an integration with my checkout flow.

I understand that must be done by support, so if this is the proper place to ask, please help!

Hello @cbartona,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

If you provide the Sandbox Merchant ID for your Business Sandbox Account we can enable that setting.

Here is how to get that information:

• Log into the developer dashboard (PayPal Account Credentials) at https://developer.paypal.com
• Click on Testing Tools and then Sandbox Accounts
• Click on the three dots to the right of your sandbox email business account email
• Click View/edit account
• Look for the Sandbox Account ID

This functionality can be enabled on sandbox accounts without prior review, but within our production environment this functionality does have to be requested and a review process occurs to determine if your account is eligible.
