DPRP is disabled for this merchant

Hi, I've setup a reoccurring payment form on my website but when a client tried to pay, they got the message that the DPRP is disabled for this merchant. How do I go about enabling the DPRP?

Direct Payment Recurring Payments (DPRP) is the Recurring Payments product for PayPal Payments Pro account holders in the US and Canada

 

The problem could be withing your PayPal account. The direct card - Recurring payment is disabled on your account.

Before that we need to make sure that your account is a PRO and is supported to DPRP. Can you provide your sandbox email address so that I can check?

I am suffering from the same issue. I have upgraded the sandbox business account but no use. I am still getting the error. Any one could please  help me. How could I enable the DPRP.

Thank you for your reply. If you comment your Sandbox Merchant ID, I will enable Recurring billing in your sandbox account.
