I signed up for a business account and using Sandbox set up API username, password and signature, which I entered into BookingPress calendar plugin. The payment link is generated, but customers cannot login to their account and pay. When the try to login, it states details are incorrect.  Please help.

Hello,

If you used the API credentials from a sandbox account, the transaction requests will be sent to our sandbox testing environment and you would need to use a sandbox account to login to make a test transaction.

If you want to use this for "real world" transactions, you will need to request the API credentials from within your production / live PayPal account and enter them into the solution which you are using.

Thanks !

Was my post helpful? If so, please give me a kudos!
