Creating bulk accounts in sandbox.

I am trying to create bulk accounts in the sandbox environment. This is the file that I created, but it won't upload.

US BUSINESS <removed> 12345678 Mickey Mouse <removed>Y DISCOVER DISCOVER
US BUSINESS <removed>12345678 Donald Duck <removed>Y VISA DISCOVER
US BUSINESS <removed>12345678 Goofy Dawg <removed>Y AMEX DISCOVER
US BUSINESS <removed> 12345678 Scrooge McDuck <removed>Y MASTERCARD DISCOVER

Note: I had to replace the symbol with AT because the forum won't let me post it.

Have you tried using the provided sample file ?

Download the file and edit it, ensure you have at minimum two accounts specified within the file.  

I'd recommend making a small change first, such as the email address.  Use a fake email address, something like bulk_testing_001@bulktesting.com / bulk_testing_002@bulktesting.com

Upload the file for processing and await the response from our system.

The data that I posted is from the sample tsv file. The only thing I changed were the names and emails.
