Cannot login in with sandbox account to test payment

When post to create payment and sandbox return a error 500

but after trying 20 times and it finally success to return a url. 

And then I try to using the sandbox buyer account to login and it cannot login in with sandbox account to test the payment

And I go to the dashboard to see the sandbox account, and a error is shown.
