Can't find 'Website Payment Preferences' option

I am having a paypal developer account. I created sandbox accounts for merchant and buyer under this developer account. I configured the Classic Sandbox API Credentials of the merchant sandbox account. Now, I am not getting contact phone number of the buyer in return after checkout process. For that I've searched on google and they asking me to set 'Website Payment Preferences' under 'My selling tools', but I cannot find such option of 'My selling tools' for the merchant sandbox account I've created.

Here are the steps to updating the Website Payment preferences.

• Log into https://sandbox.paypal.com
• Click on Profile
• Click on Profile and Settings
• Click on My Selling Tools
• Click update Next to Website Preferences

• Scroll down to Contact Telephone Number and choose On (Required Field)

If you log into your Sandbox Account and still cannot find the Profile, open a tab and paste this vanity link: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-payments

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I know I can that option under https://sandbox.paypal.com but I've created sandbox accounts under https://developer.paypal.com/. 

I've created a sandbox merchant(business) account under this developer account. I cannot find the option of 'Website Payment Preferences' over here.

Hi Sandeep,

You need to login to the sandbox account for which you wish to make this change, you don't make it within PayPal Developer.
