Received CHECKOUT.ORDER.APPROVED but not PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to work through some issues on a product I've inherited.

I do not see PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED for a particular transaction, when I have seen it for others.

I only received CHECKOUT.ORDER.APPROVED for this one.

Is anyone familiar with this happening?
