I have these two javascript files on all pages of my site. Are they needed?

Hi there.

Please see image below. I think it's about showing pay later messaging on items but I am not selling stuff on all pages. Purely just 3-4 pages of my site.

Is it possible to remove them and not risk breaking anything? If they're sitting on all pages, what's the downside of this? If I keep them only on product pages, what's the risk?

I am not experienced at all in this field, so be nice please 🙂 It's a question from one of my developers.
