Blank page when loading Developer API or Sandbox

Hi,

When trying to access the following paypal pages (to do with Developer API), I just get blank web pages.  

https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/applications/sandbox

https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/accounts

The only thing visible is "Feedback" button that doesn't work either (it shows an error "This content is blocked").

I am mainly trying on my Window 11 PC using Chrome. I have tried clearing Chrome' browser's cache, checking Javascript is enabled, checking for Adare blocking, anti virus etc. I have tried it on my iphone as well using Chrome, Safari and Firefox with no luck either.

lt's all "magically" started working today ! (After hours of trying everything I could think of thinking it was me!)
