I can find the sdk for 1.0.0.0 and 1.0.0.1 but not for 2.0... I tried the javascript client code but is keeps failing to respect my choice of currency for the order (I enter CAD but the UI comes up in USD and converts it to the wrong amount in CAD.

where are you looking - are you also looking for Client SDK ? or Server (PHP, Java etc) SDK.

Thanks, I finally found the .net SDK binaries on GitHub. Now I just need to find docs on the parameters given on the return_url call.
