What report should I give to my Accountant

I gave my PayPal activity report to my accountant and I had to go through each transaction and tell him what it was for. Is there a better report to give my accountant than the activity report and does PayPal let me customize each transaction with it's own label? He wants me to create a spreadsheet of all my activity in PayPal so it won't be so labor intensive for him. But that seems like a lot of work for me. I am hoping there is a way to make categories for each activity I do in PayPal. I hope this makes sense.

I understand your concerns.Here's how to quickly download your transaction history:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Activity at the top of the page. Here you can see all of your account activity, a specific transaction, or your most recent activity.
3. To download the history, click Statements.
4. Choose a statement type: "Custom", "Standard", or "Tax docs".
5. Select the transaction details you'd like to see.
6. Click Create Report or Download.
