Hello, in 4th July my money on PayPal became tax id hold . I bring documents that I am not a USA citizen , and PayPal replied that they accept my documents and no more actions required . When I log in the money was still on hold . I contacted again they said they can see there is a problem and in 3-5 days they will fix it. Six days have passed and nothing happened again . I contacted again and they told me on 48 hours they will fix it . Three days have passed and again nothing is changed . The problem is that I did everything they asked for but the don’t solve the problem which is clearly their issue and when I try to contact again they are saying that they expedite my issue for quick solve but nothing is happening. We are going back and forth but the problem is still there . I am in danger loosing my house because this money is for my bills . At this point I really don’t know what to do
