Too often, name searches for transactions (activities) simply return no hits, even when I can access the record of the activity another way, such as transaction number from the original email confirmation from PayPal. So, if I can access the original activity record on PayPal, I can see the name and date; but a search for that exact name with a date range that includes that date, still comes up as "We couldn't find anything...". This really makes searching for transactions almost useless. Any tips or ideas?
