Receipts missing purchase date!

Why receipts has no purchase date suddenly? Trying to print last year receipts but no... not possible anymore! It has been possible on so many years but now...

I'm sorry to hear that the dates are not showing in your PayPal receipts. As an alternative to printing off each receipt, you could print off a statement or Activity Report following the instructions in this Help Center article.

Sorry but this does not help. I need like it was year ago. I need to print pdf receipts for my bookkeeper. I need full details for the receipts. I don't understand why Paypal makes things worse and worse year by year.

Hey, I have the same problem. Is this a bug or did the date get removed for a reason? The provided solution does not help me.

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand how PayPal's reporting can be a bit confusing. As Meghan stated, your best option would most likely be to download a custom Activity Report. An Activity Report is a detailed report of all your transaction activity for any time period in the past 7 years. You may also have the option to customize certain report fields to provide more information on your transactions if you have a Business Account. Here's information on upgrading to a Business Account if you don't already have one. Here's also a summary of the difference between Personal and Business accounts.

It's not confusing. You are confused by that you have removed something essential. I have tried Activity report and if you have used it, you can see that it doesn't have all the details. Like you said, it's only transaction report what I do not need.

So, stop messing with your customers and put back details for the receipt, as the law requires it! You are providing services for a multiple countries so you cannot solo on this how you feel like! I do not need any business account for this, as this is required by law!
