I am not used to Funds Now. I refunded a buyer 2 weeks ago and I didn't have sufficient money in my account . Do PayPal issue a refund to her regardless? Paypal have not taken any money out of my account now that it has the money.

Paypal don't refund in advance, if you don't have enough funds in your paypal balance then it would go as an echeque from your linked bank account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
