How long does it take for PayPal to process a Charge Back from Apple?

On August 14th, Apple processed 3 chargebacks to my Paypal account.  I have been trying to find the answer to the following question:

How long does it take for PayPal to process the charge back from Apple or does it automatically go back to my Credit Card?
