How can I download a CSV of all customers I have? I can't figure out a report for that.

I am trying to download a list of all customers with their information like into a CSV but I can't figure out a report for it from the ones listed. I was able to get a list of all customers on the screen, but there was no way to download it or print it.

Sorry to know that you're not able to see the download option to get your activity list into a CSV file. You can be able to view, download and customize the list of all your transaction activity in the 'Reports' page of your PayPal account. You can find the steps to download the activity in this article : How do I view and download statements and reports?

The only menu option for seeing a customer list is under Operations, drop down menu "Customers with Transactions".   The link to help us understand how to download transaction reports is not helpful, and does not answer the questions.  Transaction reports do not contain contact information (other than emails) for my customers.  Just this list.  Which cannot be printed.  Nor can it be downloaded.  Please be specific as to how PayPal Community can get this list - besides with a screen print, which cannot be edited or sorted.

I apologize for the confusion caused by our previous response. At this time, there isn't a report to download and print a customer list. Downloading an Activity Report, also known as an Activity Download, is the most detailed report available and may help you compile a customer list.
