Calculating Customer Lifetime Value

Paypal automatically reports (in multiple places) my average order value, which is very useful.
How can I get other numbers like that. Digging through reports and doing the math myself is not as fun as it used to be.
The numbers I really want are Customer Lifetime Value (for each individual customer), Total Value per product I offer, and Average Lifetime Value for my account altogether.
These kinds of numbers would really help me make decisions. When I think about trying to calculate them myself, I feel like they will not be accurate (art major, not a math major). If there's an easy way to get that answer from my account/reports/whatever, I would be very grateful to anyone who could point me to it.
Thanks in advance!
