So I reached out to Customer Service via that Message Center and they keep responding back with the pre-texted response regarding fees and my question is not related to fees, so I wanted to reach out here and hopes that someone can assist me with my question.
Below is the message that I sent:
I think you selected the wrong pre-texted response to me.
I advised I am a business customer that is trying to create an invoice that I can send to a customer to pay me. When I create the invoice and select add sales tax, the sales tax is not calculating correctly. For example, I need to create an invoice for $3,040.00 and wish to add 0.08% in sales tax, when i do this your system calculates the sales tax on $3.040.00 to be $2.43. $2.43 is not 0.08% of $3,040.00. 0.08% of $3,040.00 is $243.20. How can this be fixed? I am unable to edit the sales tax to add the correct amount. Please advise.
