all the foreign fees charged

We have a customer in Australia, paying for a service in Australian dollars.

Are we correct in calculating our fees as follows;

4.4% plus .3AUD for a Paypal account in Australia

AND

a 3% currency conversion fee AND a 1.5% fee for something else?

And are all the fees a percent of the original amount, or is the Paypal fee for the amount left over after the two conversion fees.
