I set up this pay pal account for a non profit youth group I volunteer to run. Who's tax id number should I use? Thanks

If you are collecting money for products or services sold in your local state, you likely owe sales tax on those products (and/or services) to your state.
Therefore, you can use your own social security number as the tax administrator or you can apply for a federal Tax ID number. The latter is preferable and easy to do if you established a DBA for your non-profit group.
Whether or not you collect and pay sales tax for out-of-state transactions is a matter for you to discuss with your tax person...It's complicated.

Got to www.irs.gov and download a SS4 form and apply for a tax id number for the non profit. You do not want to use your own social security numer for this.
