Kris (Phoenix), Yes, it's tough to manually add-up just the shipping costs from your on-=screen view because you have to open up each transaction. But, Paypal can "dump" a report to your computer, which has separate information for the transaction item(s) as well as the shipping and tax amounts. This is a simple text file and is called a CSV file format. What is "suggested" is that you open this file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel and then have the spreadsheet add up the shipping column totals. The workaround is to open the CSV file in your word processor and then you should be able to see a column of shipping costs and you can then manually add them up (or e-mail the file to somebody who does have Excel spreadsheet....Or you can use the feee online version of Excel at office.live.com, but you'll need to create a login account at Microsoft (easy to do).
