Hi Snoeshow....Thanks, I got it...I'm just surprised that more people don;t want "priceless" packing slips...Don't want the shipping dock people to know the costs of incoming goods.....it's a standard industry practice.   One other workaround is to "print" the PayPal packing slip as a PDF, then edit the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat to wipe out the price elements... ... Kris (Phoenix),   Yes, it's tough to manually add-up just the shipping costs from your on-=screen view because you have to open up each transaction.   But, Paypal can "dump" a report to your computer, which has separate information for the transaction item(s) as well as the shipping and tax amounts.  This is a simple text file and is called a CSV file format.   What is "suggested" is that you open this file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel and then have the spreadsheet add up the shipping column totals.   The workaround is to open the CSV file in your word processor and then you should be able to see a column of shipping costs and you can then manually add them up (or e-mail the file to somebody who does have Excel spreadsheet....Or you can use the feee online version of Excel at office.live.com, but you'll need to create a login account at Microsoft (easy to do). ... This happened to me also.   In my web site, I have the traditional "Add to Cart" button.  I created one test product and wanted to create a fake shipping choice.   So, I went to my PayPal acount and added a 3rd shipping choice called "store pickup" for $0.01 for test purposes.   When I went back to the web site to do a test transaction, I only had my other two shipping choices inthe pull-down, not my newly-created "store pickup".   Went back to Paypal to confirm the three (3) shipping choices.   ***  Got frustrated, waited 30 minutes and VOILA.....there was my third choice in the pull-down! ... If you are collecting money for products or services sold in your local state, you likely owe sales tax on those products (and/or services) to your state.   Therefore, you can use your own social security number as the tax administrator or you can apply for a federal Tax ID number.  The latter is preferable and easy to do if you established a DBA for your non-profit group.   Whether or not you collect and pay sales tax for out-of-state transactions is a matter for you to discuss with your tax person...It's complicated. ... When I download/export a CSV file of all transactions, I can see the postal code and country name in the CSV spreadsheet out in columns "AM" and "AN".    I can sort that by postal code and/or country name to generate sales tax and/or non-US VAT tax reports. ... View more

At the end of every day (or whenever) you should be able to login to your PayPal account and download the daily transactions.   This is redundant with all the individual e-mails you should be getting for each order.   The Process is:      Log in to your PayPal account.      Click “History.”      Click "Download History," which appears in the "More" drop-down list. Choose the date range of transactions you'd like to download and select the file type you want to save your History as.
