My account won't accept payments unless through ebay or if I manually invoice

I have an inactive website where I set up a PP business account. It has caused a problem to where I now cannot collect money from ANYONE from the original old account I use for absolutely everything. Everyone gets an error stating that "seller only receives payments through seller's website". I cannot even transfer money from the new biz account to my old account without getting that error. I tried to turn all those options off both from my site and PP, delete the IPN, all that technical stuff I clearly don't understand, but I obviously missed something. Can anyone provide me with a quick checklist of what my settings should look like so my account can function like it did before I **bleep**ed it all up? THANKS!
