Sales Reports by State/Country

I have two questions about sales reports.

1. In order to calculate the amount of VAT that I have to pay to the government, I need to view sales reports by state or country.  This should be possible because on 'PayPal Merchant Testimonials' page, one person states: "One of PayPal’s features that’s very important to me is the ability to run sales reports by state."

2. Sales reports currently are not showing country when I view and download them in any of the formats.

Any help would be appreciated.

question 2 will be addressed very soon. I know for sure sales reports by country will be rolled out in some time and this will be in a PDF format.
