paypal credit card transaction

paypal credit card has options to download the transaction as excel file. After upgrade am having difficulty to sort and filter a transaction, only pdf file is available

Sorry to hear about the download issues you're having with your PayPal credit account. You can download a report of all your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also  try using a different browser or device to download the PayPal credit activity.
