A merchant has asked me to provide proof of purchase for an item I bought on Dec 21st 2015. How do I go about getting this as I can only find statements going back to 2016. Thanks
In such instances, you will need to request download of the activity choosing Statements in the Activity section. Here you can create a report with the timeframe you wish.
