how can we get statement that includes opening and closing balance

Some Paypal (business type) account doesn't include the 'Reports' menu and cannot get a transaction list with the opening and closing balance information. We tried to get all the reports and all has the same problem: transaction gross and net amount can be seen, but there is no information on the starting or closing balance. Why is it like this and how can we get the full report (statement) including balance information page too?

I saw this issue months ago and called and had the issue confirmed to be reported but nothing was done. I called today and the agent was able to run the Standard statement - or so he said - yet he was able to give me my closing balance as of 30 Nov/19, which is the only piece of information I needed. He emailed me the Custom Transaction List which, as has already been stated, does not contain any balance data. My bank shows the value of each transaction and the account balance after it. I can see a running balance and I should be able to see this on PayPal. My business PayPal account statements show opening and closing balances just fine. I was on the phone over 1:20 and got nowhere.
