@akarmen Did you receive any help on this? I saw this issue months ago and called and had the issue confirmed to be reported but nothing was done. I called today and the agent was able to run the Standard statement - or so he said - yet he was able to give me my closing balance as of 30 Nov/19, which is the only piece of information I needed. He emailed me the Custom Transaction List which, as has already been stated, does not contain any balance data. My bank shows the value of each transaction and the account balance after it. I can see a running balance and I should be able to see this on PayPal. My business PayPal account statements show opening and closing balances just fine. I was on the phone over 1:20 and got nowhere.
