difference in PayPal charges in the summary report and full report

When I download the PayPal account summary I get a different PayPal charge compared to when I download the full report. Contacted the customer service officer and so far of no use. This has been going on for more than a couple of weeks and I am given many false promises. Schedule meetings and never turns up on time and when asked keep postponing the same. My auditor waiting for a month for a resolution.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with your account's reporting. Different reports may highlight different aspects of your activity, but you should be able to download your entire activity into a CSV, TAB, PDF, Quicken or Quickbooks file.
