I am so frustrated! Can anyone help? I just need to download YTD total payments received figures. This is crazy there is no way to do that that i see. Am I missing something?
I went to "activity" then "statements" then "custom report" then there are ONLY 3 OPTIONS from dropdown to create a report - "All activity" "Balance effecting" and "Completed payments" (which sounds right BUT isn't it includes all payments made and received)
Am I missing something? Should this be this difficult?
