Have you called PayPal? Locate the payment transaction in PayPal to file dispute if possible, if not, it seems like it is a company this using PayPal as their credit card processor. Do you recall what you did on the date or near the date the transaction occurred. Was the payment funded by a debit or credit card? Call the card issuer, in that case?
