Subscriptions - Email notifications

I would like subscriptions notices to be emailed to another user in my company and my email. How do I set this up?

I would just like them to be emailed to ANYBODY so we know we have a freaking subscriber! How did you get email notifications set up? I have been DIGGING and can only find IPN but I would really like a flipping email! lol.
