Notifications of donations submitted using the same PayPal button on our web page can have two different subject lines and body formats. Sometimes the subject line is "Payment received from <sender's email address>", and sometimes it's "Notification of donation received". The bodies of the messages are formatted differently, although they have the same content. Why the difference?
