Running balance has disappeared? Any help?

I used to be able to click .. Activity (including balance & fees) ... and would show my running balance.  It disappeared a few days ago?  Any help?  Thank you!

No, I have already warned them I will be withdrawing my £2k+ balance if they don't get this sorted, and to date, they have not sorted this. Their loss.
