i have a unique question - we are looking to run a raffle that allows clients to buy tickets for up to 3 months. Are we able to keep those ticket purchases as pending in our PayPal account and manually cancel or process them? If we do not sell enough tickets we would want cancel all those pending payments. If we sell enough tickets we would want to process them. Thanks for your help.
