Hi, Is anyone having this problem:
I went to my activity statement and it only shows "No transactions" even though I have put quite a few through (via eBay) recently.
PayPal used to show my activity with who I bought things from, the amount paid etc.
PayPal also used to send me an email confirming my transaction whenever I bought anything thru eBay.
It doesn't do that anymore.
I went on the PayPal messaging app and discussed this with an operative.
She said that as the payment went thru my credit card (the one linked to my eBay account) there would be no record of it on my PayPal activity report.
Even thought the charge comes up on my credit card statement as "paypal".
So if PayPal has no involvement in the payment process anymore, do I even need a paypal account?
