How to show all Refunds for a date range ?

This should be obvious but I cant seem to extract the date I need. 

Im in the activity section, Ive inputted the date range of 1st April 2020 to current date.

Ive asked for refunds for this time period.

Paypal shows Refunds for the past couple of months but it does not give the date back to 1st April 2020 as requested.

Is there some reason for this please ?
