I'm a bit frustrated with the reporting options in PayPal.
Frequently I need what I consider rather simple reports: A report of all invoices within a date range; same, with a filter by certain invoice number mask; a report on one specific item sold. I cannot seem to get this information. I can only seem to get PAID invoices too...
What I do get is incredibly complex CSV files, with a lot of useless information (precise time at GMT down to the millisecond...really?); huge number of columns with nothing in them relating to the invoices, etc. It then takes an enormous amount of time working on this to help turn it into a useful data set.
