@PayPal_JonK I'm doing this, a couple of months later than the date of this thread and the problem persists, at least on Paypal [dot] co [dot] uk. I'm on a desktop and the little download icon next to the search bar takes me to a useless Tax Documents page (a page I could access anyway via settings) that informs me I 'don't have any crypto reports' and tells me nothing else (apart from some FAQs about American tax documents lined up at the bottom), nor does it offer anywhere constructive to go. I've only been able to get to the reports page through this thread which is frankly shocking. Paypal's own instructions are still outdated asking you to click Activity > Statements etc. Even the chatbot was trying to give me the old instructions. Please look into this, something has gone awry. It used to be incredibly intuitive now it's at best unintuitive UI and at worst, totally broken taking us to unfinished pages with no way to get to the report page you've provided. Best wishes.
