Help! Trying to obtain past PayPal Credit statements 2015-2018.

I have a PayPal Credit account, which I need to obtain statements from 2015-2018. The current credit line servicer doesn't have them and I cant find out where to request them. 

Has anyone had to do this and been successful? Ive called & emailed and chatted so many times Im going to need therapy. Today I received a letter in the mail saying that statements were mailed every month, umm no I never once got a statement in the mail. And since they were never mailed to me, I wasn't able to retain them for my records. Its maddening.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
