FIRC missing for a particular month

I got the FIRC for Nov 2022 & Jan 2023 but Dec 2022 FIRC is missing from my account. Let me know how can i get this or any email where I can request this. 

As you can see from the image the DEc 2022 FIRC is missing. From where i can get this? 

I send an email to [Removed] but didn't get any reply from them for 15 days.
