Can't access 2020 records to complete tax

Trying to access older records to urgently complete my 2020-2021 tax return and cannot access info that far back.

Please help

Here's how to create an Activity Download report:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements or the download icon on the right of the search bar.
3. Click See more reports.
4. Click Activity Download.
5. Select the transaction type, date range, file format, and customize report fields.
6. Click Create Report.
7. When the report is ready, click Download.

To view your running balance, select "Balance affecting" under "Transaction type." Your running account balance is shown in the "Balance" column.

or generate a Financial Summary (monthly or yearly):
