This prompt about April 15 deadline is bothering me lately, I think this doesn't apply to me since I am using Paypal here on PH. I am a non-U.S. person and I am not selling anything. I just using PayPal to receive money from my employer.
I think I should not be worried because this doesn't apply to me.
