I received a message claiming that an amount had been paid by my PayPal account. No evidence in PayPal or credit card…should I just ignore this message

Welcome to the Community!
With PayPal, when you send money, the amount will always show on your Transaction Details page. It's important to be able to differentiate the difference between a genuine PayPal email and a phishing email. You can read further information on this here
